Response for FirstNet is a mobile situational awareness platform designed for day-to-day and emergency operations, facilitating communication, collaboration, and coordination among teams and user groups. The platform offers an overarching channels feature that allows the segregation of information into operational containers, accessible only to invited users. This enables organizations to manage multiple operations simultaneously, enhancing efficiency and security.
Three distinct modules are available within Response for FirstNet. The Locate module provides real-time geospatial solutions, displaying user positions, markers, shapes, directions, and traffic on a map interface. The Connect module serves as an interactive information sharing workspace for teams to exchange texts, videos, whiteboards, documents, and more, with integrated task management capabilities. The Activate module is a user-friendly emergency notification and team mobilization tool, offering turn-by-turn directions to incidents and essential details for swift response.
